THINK IT..KNOW IT..BECOME IT
Hello My Friends!
Last week, I mentioned me engaging my full name -Latisha. In the Hebrew, Latisha means joy, happiness, and abundance. I thought to myself - I must reach the fullness of this name.
As I mature in my walk with the Father, I have learned that renewing my mind is a beneficial tool. It is important for me to picture what I want to see or change before beginning to engage it in prayer. Then I can set decrees in place to support the finished picture in my mind. I examined myself. I questioned - " Is there anything that is holding doubt in my mind about the meanings of my name? Do I really see myself as joy, happiness and abundance?"
I believe this name was chosen for me because this is how Yah (God) sees me, and this is the anointing I must walk in to fulfill His will for the Kingdom on the earth... Now how do I become what I am called?
Two of my daily affirmations says- "I see myself as Yah sees me." - " I am the image and likeness of Yah." It is time to honestly embrace these decree. I asked myself, How does the Father see me and what does it look like to be in His image? When I inquired of Him, I heard, " Seek and you will find." Okay Abba (Father)! He knows I love a challenge!
The Bible says in Genesis 1, that Yah made us in His image. As I thought about this, I was caught up in the spirit in my writing room. Visions filled my mind. I pictured every beautiful image and unique place I could think of. Flashes of massive mountains and ravishing waterfalls filled the room. I could smell fragrances of flowers, oceans, and rare perfumes. Towering buildings stood tall in the atmosphere while aircrafts moved swiftly through the skies with ease. Eagles flew with their massive wings spread wide soaring as high as the clouds. Birds sang with tones from the heavens and trees swayed to the rhythm of the winds. Yah put all of this beauty in the earth for us to see, imagine what He sees when He looks at us. My heart is so full. This image was priceless.
Second Peter 1:3 says, "His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness." This means, that absolutely everything has been provided for our success and comfort. Yah has created and finished everything and everyone in total victory. This is awesome, but do we honestly understand what this means? Can we see past the circumstances and grab our victory? This is where the challenge comes in. This is where we have to use our faith in a God we can not see and we have to trust that He is a God that can not lie.~Numbers 23:19.
The key to all of this is knowing who your God is. Develop a personal relationship with Him. Learn about Yah, Yeshua, and Holy Spirit. Talk to Yah like you are having a conversation with your spouse or a good friend. Share your time with Him. Include Him in daily decisions like: what to wear, what to cook, or how to resolve a situation between you and your child. He loves detail and intimacy. In doing this, Yah will show you things you didn't know about yourself. He will open your eyes to see things in a different way. You will develop a calmness that is unexplainable. Before you know it, you will smile for no reason at all and hard decisions get easier as you talk it out with your Father. This is how He pours His love on you and the more you seek Him, the closer He draws you into His heart, in His secret place, where you are never alone.
Abba always include me in on the lesson. Writing this has helped me remember how much I mean to Him, and how important I am to Him. I can now engage Latisha's meaning from a familiar and pure place. He reminded me of my intimate times with Him. When I trusted Him with the very breath that I breathe. The previous paragraph is how I began my friendship with Yah. Slowly building trust in small things. Excited to tell Him about my day or ask Him what He was doing. Yes, I asked Yah what He was doing and if He ate meals. I used my imagination for the answers to some questions, but I could feel His presence around me. He reminded me of these things just now. Yahua (God) is 100% pure agape love. When I was actively dwelling in His secret place, there was nothing that scared me or made me feel as if I would fail. I could be or have anything I desired because I was inside of Him. I was a smaller version of Him-Living and moving through Him, manifesting all things through His son Yeshua and the Holy Spirit. I was surrounded in His divine provision.
This is how Yah sees us. If you can renew your mind and see it, you can be it. If you can imagine it, you can have it! Develop a tangible relationship with Yah. Seek Him until you can feel Him and hear Him and there will be nothing that you can't do!
I will leave you with something my friend said to me today. She said-" I pray everyone has a divine encounter with Yah that can not be denied or ignored!"
Shalom
Latisha Regena
